What services does Ample Health & Wellness offer?

We provide holistic health and weight loss coaching specifically designed for women over 40. Whether you’re considering, using, or wrapping up weight loss medications, our services focus on helping you maintain your progress and enhance your overall well-being through mindfulness, healthy habits, and whole-food nutrition.

Do you prescribe weight loss medications?

Currently, we do not prescribe medications. Our goal is to provide coaching and support to women who are using, contemplating, or discontinuing weight loss medications, including semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, and Rybelsus®.

Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA cards?

Ample Health & Wellness is a direct-pay wellness practice, which means we don’t bill insurance. However, we do accept most FSA and HSA cards for qualified wellness expenses through our secure Stripe and PayPal checkout systems.

Why doesn’t Ample Health & Wellness accept insurance?

Great question! At Ample Health & Wellness, our focus is on providing personalized, holistic care without the limits or delays of traditional insurance. Insurance companies often restrict the number of visits, the type of services covered, or require a medical diagnosis before you can even begin. By operating as a direct-pay wellness practice, we can focus on you (your goals, your pace, and your long-term success) without waiting for insurance approvals.

This approach gives you more flexibility, privacy, and access to comprehensive weight loss and wellness services that support your whole health journey, not just one diagnosis.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes! For select programs over $500, Ample Health & Wellness offers flexible payment plans to make your wellness investment more manageable. You can choose to pay in full or split payments over time—whichever best fits your budget. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.

If you’re interested in a payment plan for a specific program, just mention it during your consultation or checkout, and we’ll walk you through the available options.

How does coaching work if you’re only online?

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually or by phone, allowing for easy connection from any location. We also provide flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
